Sharing Lived Experience Within the Brain or Shine Community!

Every month, we’ll host 30-minute webinars discussing various subjects related to anyone affected by brain injury. They are relaxed and informative, and we aim to spread our own positivity and optimism.


From time to time, we’ll be joined by guests who include those with lived experience or experts in brain injury to offer their knowledge.


Each webinar is private, so when you join, you won’t be on camera. You can interact through the chat feature or just watch.


As with all of our tips and tools within the Brain or Shine community, these are suitable for both brain injury survivors and their family, friends and work colleagues, plus professionals.


The journey may be tough, but together we can make it smoother.

The world can be extremely busy and fast-paced at times, but slowing down our daily pace can help us conserve much-needed energy. By combining the other two Ps, planning and prioritising, we can help maintain a steady pace.

• Be organised and focused, where possible

• Break down big tasks into bite-sized chunks

• Plan the environment
