Sharing Lived Experience Within the Brain or Shine Community!
Every month, we’ll host 30-minute webinars discussing various subjects related to anyone affected by brain injury. They are relaxed and informative, and we aim to spread our own positivity and optimism.
From time to time, we’ll be joined by guests who include those with lived experience or experts in brain injury to offer their knowledge.
Each webinar is private, so when you join, you won’t be on camera. You can interact through the chat feature or just watch.
As with all of our tips and tools within the Brain or Shine community, these are suitable for both brain injury survivors and their family, friends and work colleagues, plus professionals.
The journey may be tough, but together we can make it smoother.

Let's Talk Mental Health Following a Brain Injury
Thursday 14th May | 6.00PM (UK Time)
As it is Mental Health Awareness week in May, we thought we would explore what mental health actually is and how this affects us.
Everybody has mental health, just as we all have physical health. Our mental state determines how we think, feel, and cope with the world around us.
When our mental health is in a good state, it allows us to function smoothly and complete the activities we both need and want to do.
Please join us on our next live webinar where we can discuss how this affects anyone affected by a brain injury, from the survivor, to family members, friends etc. It's on Thursday 14th May at 6pm UK time.
Book your free place, the link is below.
If you're unable to attend for any reason, a recording will be available to members for a limited time.
